About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Snohomish County PUD, where we are committed to leveraging innovative technology to enhance our Supply Chain operations. We are seeking a talented, skilled Support Business Analyst I, II or III to support our Supply Chain processes. You will play a key role in conducting thorough research, troubleshooting and presenting effective solutions to a variety of business areas to ensure optimal functionality and performance of our Finance systems that include SAP modules. The ideal candidate will be curious and bring business analyst, functional and high-level technical expertise. They will partner with the IT Division to manage system operations, including business requirements, design, development, testing, training, maintenance and support. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements

  • Business Analyst I: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function.
  • Business Analyst II: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Four (4) years of experience working in related business function, AND Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Six (6) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes.
  • Business Analyst III: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND Four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function, AND; Four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Eight (8) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes.
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License may be required with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research, troubleshooting and presenting effective solutions to a variety of business areas to ensure optimal functionality and performance of our Finance systems that include SAP modules.
  • Partner with the IT Division to manage system operations, including business requirements, design, development, testing, training, maintenance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Assist in documenting work procedures and business requirements and performs research.
  • Act as a liaison between business system users and Information Technology support.
  • Gather and analyze data, help support continual improvement, streamline processes, and support business information systems.
  • Assist in gathering requirements, testing, reporting, and basic system problem solving and configuration.
  • Assist in developing and performing training, participate in customer implementations/change management, and provide post-implementation support.
