About The Position

This role requires a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly within the Leasing and Financing domain. The analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, creating various project documentation, and facilitating communication between business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, SOPs, and business workflows.
• Develop process flow diagrams, workflow models, and business use cases using industry-standard tools.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
• Support UAT planning, test case review, defect management, and successful project delivery.
