Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements
