About The Position

The Business Analyst – Operations & Systems plays a critical role in improving how work gets done across RiteScreen. This individual partners with business leaders and IT to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system-driven solutions that enhance operational performance. This role operates at the intersection of operations, technology, and execution—translating business needs into actionable system requirements and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and brings a strong mix of analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 3–7+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or systems roles
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • ERP system experience required (Epicor highly preferred)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to document and analyze current workflows across manufacturing, order management, finance, and operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy
  • Quantify improvement opportunities through data analysis and financial modeling
  • Translate business needs into clear user requirements and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to design and implement system solutions
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plan development and execution
  • Coordinate testing with end users and document issues or enhancements
  • Support system implementations, training, and user adoption
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and IT
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and priorities to stakeholders
  • Partner with leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives
  • Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on ROI
  • Define and track KPIs to measure process performance and improvement outcomes
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption
  • Maintain process documentation, requirements, and training materials
  • Map system and data flows across ERP, WMS, and supporting platforms
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
