About The Position

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that drive business value.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Requirement tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
• SQL basics and data analysis (preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (adjustable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Nice To Haves

• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) is a plus
• Experience in IT, SaaS, enterprise systems, or regulatory environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Requirements & Analysis Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models.
• Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps or conflicts.
• Solution Support Collaborate with technical teams during design and development.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.
• Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
• Assist in change management and user adoption.
• Documentation & Governance Maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM).
• Ensure proper documentation and version control.
• Support compliance, audit, and governance processes where applicable.
