Requirements
- 3 years of residential requirements in the US
- PPT and Visio proficiency.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements on at one client consulting engagement.
- Experience in creating consulting deliverables.
- Experience working in atleast one of the following: Medicare products & beneficiary, claims, Finance, beneficiary, Provider, clinical editing.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare experience / Knowledge of fundamental concepts Strongly preferred.
- Experience working on a system migration project.
- Process design experience.
Responsibilities
- Business Analyst will be assigned to one of the following capability areas: Medicare products & benefit (part A,B and or DME), claims, Finance, beneficiary, Provider, clinical editing).
- The BA will gather, documents and organize requirements from CMS regulatory documentation.
- Support facilitation of client discovery sessions and work stream meetings (creating materials, PO backup).
- Assist with creation and maintenance of workflows.
- Create deliverables.
- Assist PO with other program activities and deliverables such as IRAADQ resolutions / followup writing features and user acceptance criteria.
