Business Analyst

The Business Analyst provides process documentation and analytical support for discrete projects. This role involves developing and managing project-based deliverables such as process mapping, gathering business requirements, collecting and reporting operational metrics, and conducting project financial and operational analysis/reporting. The Analyst will also support peers and management in interpreting performance data and developing recommendations for business solutions. The individual will be part of a team supporting enterprise business software applications and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, statistics, organizational management, or a related field required
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination activities, and designing end-to-end business processes in an outpatient clinic setting and/or enterprise support department is strongly preferred
- Understanding of process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM) preferred
Responsibilities
