About The Position

Join us as a Business Analyst (New Grad) and gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst (New Grad), you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze business operations, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency. You will play a key role in helping CoreIntels develop and refine its business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business process modeling is a plus
- Internship or project experience in business analysis, data analytics, or process improvement
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or BI tools
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
- Experience in market research and financial modeling
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify business trends and opportunities
- Work with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and process improvements
- Assist in developing and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Support strategic initiatives by identifying efficiencies, cost-saving measures, and growth opportunities
- Document business processes and create workflow diagrams to improve operational efficiency
- Work with software development and product teams to define and refine system requirements and user stories
