About The Position
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills BA Skills: â Communication: Ability to lead meetings/capture notes, identify gaps, follow-up on decisions, communicate with Tech and non-tech audience â Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills to work with various business partners â Requirements Elicitation: Ability to gather and define business requirements â Problem Solving: Questioning mindset to challenge/solve the business problem statements â Agile Methodology: Seasoned in Agile practices/Story Writing in particular â Critical Thinking: Can do attitude, with willingness to think out of the box â Technology: Archer, JIRA, Rally, Visio,.ppt will be a plus â Self-Starter and able to deliver with minimal supervision
