Requirements

  • 7-10 years BA experience in technology or product environments
  • Strong in Agile process modeling requirements engineering and stakeholder management
  • Experience in large transformation/migration programs
  • Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements process design and stakeholder alignment across complex projects ensuring business needs are translated into clear testable and implementable solutions
  • Drive requirements gathering user stories acceptance criteria and process mapping
  • Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and solution validation
  • Partner with business product architecture and QA teams for end to end delivery
  • Support Agile ceremonies backlog refinement sprint planning UAT
  • Prepare documentation BRD/FRD workflows data mapping and executive updates
  • Ensure compliance traceability and quality across the SDLC
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders product owners developers QA and leadership
  • Collaborate proactively to ensure shared understanding of goals requirements priorities and timelines
  • Facilitate discussions workshops and meetings to encourage alignment transparency and informed decisionmaking
