Make a difference as a Business Analyst We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our data team. We are a small team at a well-established company, giving us the opportunity to make a real and immediate impact. This role focuses on developing reports and automated dashboards to support multiple departments.

Requirements

Three to five (3-5) years of working experience with progressively more responsibility and advanced work product.
A curious mind - you will often be tasked with vague targets and it is up to you how to get there.
A collaborative spirit - we touch every aspect of the business and need to be able to work seamlessly across all business functions.
A heightened business acumen - we are not just data folks. We regularly interact with all levels of the organization and must be able to relate our findings into executable business strategies.
A technically savvy approach.
Be an Excel wizard - much like an instrument, you should be able to play Excel like a fiddle.
Comfortable working knowledge of how to query data sets across multiple sources with significant exposure to at least one SQL language, including Joins, CTEs, Aggregations and/or Windows Functions.
Work experience with at least one BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

Designing, implementing and maintaining an ever-changing ETL landscape.
