About The Position

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst III to support writing Epics and Features for one of its Agile Software Delivery Teams. This role requires frequent and open communication with both the Program Manager and the Army client, utilizing excellent writing skills for reports and participating in meetings. The Business Analyst will be proficient in solving complex problems independently, while also collaborating with numerous Agile Teams and other program components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.
• Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in SAFe for Teams or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support User Story writing and management of ART Backlog
• Collecting data from agile teams, creating, maintaining, and delivering project metrics and data inputs to CDRLs.
• Responsible for supporting agile data collection, administering agile project tools, and compiling reports.
• Provides project coordination and analysis for managers.
• Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group.
• May act as lead or first-level supervisor.
