About The Position

The Business Analyst supports the company's business events, including business planning, monthly performance reporting, KPI review, cost analysis, pricing, internal procedures, investment valuation, and financial closing procedures. The role involves working with various departments to gather data, develop financial models, analyze costs, and ensure internal controls are effective.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Support the company's business events through a variety of tasks.
Work with the business manager to develop and implement the company's annual and mid-term business plan, gathering and analyzing data, developing financial models, and creating timelines and milestones.
Maintain quarterly and yearly KPIs and meet with stakeholders regularly to review KPIs and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance.
Analyze the cost of inventory from both an accounting and business perspective, including performing month-end cost closing, inventory valuation, and inventory disposal analysis, as well as evaluating inventory counting and analyzing cost drivers and allocation logic.
Regularly monitor organizational, business environment, and regulatory changes, and review the internal control planning report to the Controller, preparing a plan and related test procedure for the testing period, conducting the test, and preparing a result report. Also prepare a bi-annual internal control operational status report.
Prepare a monthly business performance report that includes monthly performance, changes for key factors, AR aging review, and other issues.
Receive RFQs from the Sales department and communicate with Sales, Operations, and R&D to gather necessary information, prepare a draft of the pricing, and report to the Controller and/or CFO for final review. Periodically download mass data from the system to review the profit and loss of each product.
