About The Position

We are looking for a curious, technically-minded Business Analyst to join a fast-moving delivery team supporting CRG applications and data initiatives. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do — we need someone who can engage with stakeholders, identify the right questions, and help the team navigate both traditional BA work and emerging technology decisions, including Microsoft Fabric. This BA role is aligned to our Compliance, Legal, and Real Estate & Facilities partners. Work will be a mix of support, lifecycle, and project work, and will have a variety of project sizes (small, medium, and large) throughout the year. One potential early assignment may involve helping the team evaluate Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and translytical task flows as a possible future delivery pattern; however, the primary need is for a flexible BA who can support standard project and operational work across the portfolio.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity — this team is figuring out new technology patterns in real time and needs someone who can help lead that thinking
Ability to evaluate and recommend technology approaches based on real-world experience, not just research
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical tradeoffs to both business and technical audiences

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a significant plus — specifically hands-on exposure to translitical task flows, write-backs, or Power BI front-end development on top of Fabric data sources
Familiarity with Azure data architecture (bronze/silver/gold data layers)
Experience working alongside developers in VS Code or similar environments
Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar workflow/data-enabled tools is preferred.
Ideal candidates should be strong communicators who are detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable shifting between exploratory/pilot work and standard BA responsibilities based on team priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify use cases, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions
Bridge communication between business teams and development leads to ensure alignment on scope, approach, and delivery
Collaborate with architects and developers to evaluate new technology patterns, including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI-based solutions
Help assess whether emerging tools like transactional task flows in Fabric are the right fit for specific use cases — or whether traditional app development is the better path
Support the team in moving from proof of concept to scalable business process
Apply the right BA toolkit per project — from requirements documentation to process mapping to stakeholder facilitation
Strong experience writing business requirements, use cases, user stories, diagrams, and test cases is important.
The BA will partner with developers, architects, product owners, internal clients, and third-party vendors to define requirements, analyze solutions, support UAT, and contribute to QA efforts.
