About The Position

The primary function of the role is to support the Business Analysis Manager in documenting processes between the Strategic Enrollment Management Teams and various campus partners, and to gather and document business requirements on behalf of enrollment management and planning. This individual will also assist in creating process documentation, analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement, and maintain deadline calendars, fact sheets and related documentation. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a business analysis or project management role.
  • Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree (Degree Equivalency Clause).

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and opportunities for potential automation.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
  • Serve as a liaison across business units and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and communication.
  • Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure stakeholder needs are understood and addressed throughout the development and implementation of business solutions.
  • Create comprehensive and accurate documentation of business processes, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Regularly audit and update process documentation to ensure it remains current and reflects any process changes.
  • Maintain a document repository for business units.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function and across the organization.
