Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, healthcare analytics, or sales support
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple reporting sources
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in outpatient healthcare, imaging, or referral-based environments
  • Familiarity with volume tracking, referral analytics, and healthcare KPIs
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations (Arizona and Texas preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze referral patterns, volume trends, and physician activity across Arizona and Texas markets
  • Identify opportunities for growth, leakage, and market share expansion
  • Provide regular insights to Sales leadership to support territory planning and outreach strategies
  • Support evaluation of new services, modalities, and center performance from a volume perspective
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute standardized reports (daily, weekly, monthly) related to volume, referrals, and key performance indicators
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reporting tools
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to create clear and actionable summaries for leadership
  • Serve as the primary resource for reporting requests from Sales and Operations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral shifts within assigned regions
  • Provide insights on changes in physician behavior, payor mix, and service utilization
  • Support leadership in understanding market dynamics and positioning opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to identify performance gaps and support data-driven solutions
  • Track and analyze operational metrics that impact referral conversion and patient access
  • Support follow-up and tracking of key initiatives, including new center openings, service line expansions, and growth campaigns
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for leadership meetings and business reviews
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with relevant data analysis
