Responsibilities

• Support the development of business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics
• Support discussions or workshops to identify areas of improvement, business needs, insights and validate findings
• Support stakeholder meetings with organization and note-taking
• Draft and revise technical documentation
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to communicate policies and workflows
• Tracking action items and following up on their completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze business needs.
• Establish and develop relationships between customer and stakeholders
• Research and summarize federal and organizational policies related to data management and data governance
