About The Position

This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and excited to see their ideas come to life through technology. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvement and automation across the organization. You’ll partner with teams across the business to understand how work gets done today, design better solutions, and help bring those solutions to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered)
• Minimum three years of experience in one or more of the following: Business analysis, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution support
• Project management focused on business process improvement, workflow redesign, and software-supported solutions
• Consultative work with internal business partners to uncover needs, influence without authority, and guide teams toward technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
• Baseline knowledge of software development concepts (data structures, logic, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of US based work experience
• Reside within the market area

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to workflow or automation tools (e.g., Decisions, RPA UiPath)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar
• Experience supporting testing/UAT
• Experience with SQL - including writing queries, understanding tables, joins, functions, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes from end to end
• Shadow users, ask insightful questions, and map current-state workflows
• Translate business needs into future-state solutions, including workflows, forms, and system designs
• Build and implement workflow applications using the Decisions® automation platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to design, test, and launch solutions
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation
• Manage multiple projects while balancing priorities and timelines
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Help coordinate project activities, timelines, stakeholders, and follow-up actions across multiple concurrent initiatives
