This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years work of experience on Technology Delivery Team as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
  • Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst driving a minimum of five concurrent technology deliverable projects of varying sizes
  • Experience agile development teams comprised of developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, testers
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
  • Experience with delivery of systems/applications in the Agile environment, including various Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and retrospectives
  • Hands on experience in delivering technical solutions, including the coordination of end-to-end project deliveries from requirement gathering through testing

  • Financial Services/Banking industry experience
  • Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or Claims experience

Responsibilities

  • Gathering Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios
  • Providing subject matter expertise within the technical (and some business) domain to support scope and requirement decisions
  • Be proven as a confident and creative problem-solver who can drive interaction with resources as well as working independently to research and resolve issues
  • Be a self-starter, able to work independently, with a willingness to learn without being reluctant to ask questions of either business or technology partners
  • Be a strong communicator with great communication skills
