About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a subject matter expert and program leader responsible for analyzing organizational needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving significant improvements across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on analytical and staff support functions with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and guide programs within a specialized domain. Operating with increasing autonomy, you will handle tasks ranging from assisting with policies and IT audit support to leading major process re-engineering projects. You'll utilize deep expertise to manage projects, advise leadership, mentor team members, and ensure the successful alignment of programs with strategic objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in an information technology, project management, GEOINT, or information assurance field
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with project management, process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, and leadership
Experience with specialized tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management field

Nice To Haves

Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ITIL Certification

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis to develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Lead and manage projects and business process improvements, including planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Supporting developing and aligning strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to organizational goals.
Provide subject matter expertise and oversight in areas such as IT strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and continuity planning.
Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor teams to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
