About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day support for business strategy projects for the Responsible Investing team. Under close supervision, this job supports business leaders by drafting and assisting in the preparation of materials that drive efficiencies for business strategies and various projects and initiatives. This job helps ensure that the assigned functional business area is optimized and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Chief of Staff in coordinating project management activities for strategic initiatives by tracking action items, documenting risks and issues, maintaining project timelines, and providing status updates to leadership on key deliverables.
  • Provides business management support by assisting with reporting, vendor management, workforce planning, and other operational activities that enable effective execution of the Chief of Staff's portfolio.
  • In close collaboration with the Chief of Staff, facilitates meeting planning and coordination in support of meetings, town halls, and strategic planning sessions, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up documentation.
  • Supports communication initiatives by drafting internal communications, presentations, and talking points to advance strategic priorities and ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.
