About The Position

Campos is continuing to grow and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst eager to work closely with stakeholders in the public utility sector to support and enhance the client user experience via sophisticated data visualizations, interactive graphics, intuitive user interfaces, and best practices for data collection and dashboard development. This is a hybrid role based at our San Diego office and will require an in-office presence on a weekly basis.

Requirements

BA/BS Technical degree in related field required
5+ years of relatable experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
Time management and organizational skills and the ability to deal effectively with stressful situations.
Understanding and command of industry-standard technologies such as JavaScript, Java, Flex, Flash, AngularJS, HTML, jQueary, SAP and PowerBI.
SQL-based Ingres and Postgres Databases and other related industry-standard RDBMS databases like Oracle.
In-depth understanding of data-management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with applicable software cost applications.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including internal resources and clients.
PowerBI proficiency (Power Query and DAX).
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Responsibilities

Data maintenance
Trending and analysis
Create reports using Excel and PowerPoint to help others understand business performance
PowerBI dashboard updates
Perform quality assurance
Excel/PowerBI Dashboard creation and maintenance
Work closely with Project Managers to review project status
Schedule and attend meetings, as required.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
