About The Position

We have an opportunity with your client as a Siebel Business Analyst in Delmar, NY (Onsite). This role is for HBITS-07-14741 and is a 30-month contract position. The Business Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation within a government agency setting, with a specific focus on Siebel CRM Case Management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 2 years of experience with Siebel CRM
  • Experience working with the Government Agencies
  • CBAP or Certified Scrum Master

Nice To Haves

  • 84 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
  • 60 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the “as-is” state and development of a “to-be process.
  • 60 months of experience creating reports, presentations, and business cases and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders.
  • 48 months of experience creating user stories, test cases and test scripts to capture and track all requirements with experience tracking this work in a tool such as Monday.com
  • 48 months of experience developing detailed prototypes using tools such as Axure or Figma
  • 24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication.
  • 24 months of experience working in State Government
  • Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable)
  • Scrum Master Certification
