Analyzing Point-of-Sale Data to understand marketplace category performance. Utilizing syndicated market scan and household panel data to understand consumer behaviors and develop consumer insights. Analyzing planogram performance and market data to build growth strategies for 3M and our channel partners. Leading category review projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Strong foundation in MS Office skills (including pivot tables, formulas, formatting and data manipulation)

Nice To Haves

Experience with syndicated data providers like Circana, AC Nielsen and Numerator.
Experience with space planning software
Critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Effective interpersonal, listening and organization skills
Demonstrates ability to adapt and learn new systems.
