About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This hybrid role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing workflows, and translating business needs into technical solutions. You will collaborate with various teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support system testing, UAT, and production implementations. The role also requires data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, Salesforce, and working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with SQL, Jira, Visio, APIs, Salesforce, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
• CBAP/PBA Certification.
• Child Welfare domain experience.
• MCSE/CSEP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, traceability matrices).
• Design business workflows and process models using Visio, BPMN, or similar tools.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and support SDLC activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support system testing, UAT, defect tracking, and production implementations.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and validation using SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
• Work with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, Salesforce, and related technologies.
• Participate in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
