This role is accountable for managing the lifecycle for a complex cross-functional body of work that has a long-term positive impact on the company. The Business Analyst will dive deep into the business domain to understand and drive the direction of products/services using a domain-driven architecture approach. They will work closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs, influencing across multiple teams and organizations, and driving internal and external process improvements. The role requires operating successfully in ambiguous environments, monitoring and tracking program execution, removing blockers, and finding paths forward in challenging situations. The individual will handle multiple contending priorities simultaneously and communicate effectively upwards and outwards, possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience with strong project management.
  • PMI-PGMP certification is mandatory.
  • Well-versed with Journal Entries and General ledger.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Agile project with strong project management skills.
  • Manage the lifecycle for a complex cross-functional body of work.
  • Own and manage the product backlog.
  • Define and organize the program outline tenets.
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements.
  • Influence resource allocation for all stages of execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Drive the direction of products/services using a domain-driven architecture approach.
