The Global Trade Compliance Business Analyst brings deep functional expertise across import/export operations, customs compliance, duty management, and trade regulations, combined with strong analytical and systems knowledge to ensure compliant, scalable global trade processes. Analyze and document end-to-end global trade compliance processes — including classification, valuation, country of origin, licensing, sanctions screening, import/export execution, and duty reconciliation — to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Partner with compliance, logistics, customs brokers, finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to translate regulatory and operational needs into clear functional requirements for ERP, GTM, and trade compliance applications. Support configuration and optimization of global trade systems (e.g., tariff classification, trade agreements, bonded inventory, FTZ/IMMEX, automated filings, and audit controls) to reduce compliance risk, duty exposure, and cycle time.
