About The Position

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst/Tester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Requirements

• Top Secret Cleared.
• Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with Business Requirement Analysis.
• Experience with Agile Project Management.
• Experience with JIRA Ticketing.
• Experience with Manual Testing.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories.
• Test developed stories and ensure application QA.
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions.
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed.
