About The Position

Average salary rate is $79,322.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) This position has hybrid capabilities with in-office requirements. Are you passionate about improving business processes and delivering high-quality software solutions? We are seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and our Software Development team. You will play a key role in ensuring software solutions meet business needs by gathering requirements, managing priorities, testing functionality, and supporting successful software delivery from concept through deployment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, software testing, or a related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, software testing, and backlog management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure project success.
• Manage and prioritize software development backlogs and tickets.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate software functionality.
• Document, track, and communicate software issues and resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement through user feedback and post-implementation reviews.
