Axos is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in analyzing business processes. Ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects. Conducts research and prepares reports to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience writing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Experience developing interactive dashboards, visualizing complex datasets, and deriving meaningful business insights using Tableau and Microsoft Report Builder. This position will be 100% on-site at our HQ in San Diego, CA. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and lead projects from concept through implementation while delivering measurable business value. Design, develop, and implement reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
