About The Position

VillageCare is seeking a Business Analyst - Strategy & Analytics to help formalize how analytics and reporting requests are captured, clarified, and delivered across the organization. This entry-level role supports the Strategy & Analytics team and contributes to consistent, high-quality reporting outcomes. The rhythm is collaborative and iterative-balancing stakeholder communication, careful detail management, and steady progress toward a more standardized analytics request framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a healthcare setting (ideally payor)
• Medicare operations/compliance knowledge
• Tableau (or similar) familiarity
• Basic SQL familiarity

Responsibilities

• Build and refine business analysis standards (processes, templates, documentation)
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear reporting requirements
• Evaluate existing reports and recommend enhancements vs. new solutions
• Define and document KPIs aligned to VillageCareMax strategic goals
• Create meeting artifacts (agendas, minutes, action items) and manage requirement-gathering timelines
• Review data warehouse content using simple SQL; develop test cases and support UAT/sign-off
