About The Position

UNM Health Sciences (HSC) seeks a highly motivated and collaborative professional to join the Finance & Administration team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the financial stewardship, operational excellence, and strategic priorities of the Health Sciences Center through effective data analysis, budgeting, compliance, and administrative support. The successful candidate will partner with academic, research, clinical, and administrative leaders to provide sound guidance, support data-informed decision-making, and ensure the responsible management of institutional resources. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and a commitment to continuous improvement in support of HSC's mission and strategic objectives. As a member of the Finance & Administration team, the incumbent will contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and service while helping advance the education, research, patient care, and community engagement missions of UNM Health Sciences.

Requirements

Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours.
At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
