Requirements

• Familiarity with Payment Industry, platform technologies
• OKR frameworks and implementation
• Advanced excel and basic visualization
• Storytelling & PowerPoint fluency; ability to create executive ready narratives
• Ability to facilitate executive level conversations, if needed
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dexterous multitasker ready to jump in to tackle new challenges thoughtfully
• A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues
