About The Position

The Business Analyst Sr. / Operations Process Consultant is a senior level position that will manage complex and highly visibility projects within Operations. Will provide advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma with 10 years experience in the following.
• 7 or more years of experience / knowledge of programming languages such as VB, C# or other .NET languages
• 7 or more years of SQL and SQL Server.
• 7 or more years Visual Studio: experience with integrated development environments for coding, testing, and deployment

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow (or similar tool): Proficient in workflow automation, incident management, and service request handling.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps (or similar tool): Experience with cloud infrastructure, resource provisioning, and environment management.
• Zena: Skilled in job scheduling, batch processing, and automation of operational tasks.
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services): Knowledgeable in ETL processes, data transformation, and integration workflows
• Advanced knowledge of Department processing system(s)
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to resolve problems independently, work with a sense urgency while maintaining close attention to details
• Proficient at Excel and PowerPoint
• Critical Thinker

Responsibilities

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in operational and product elements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned area(s).
• Analyzes existing processes and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
• Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
