About The Position

Senior Business Analyst for Honeywell International, Inc. in Atlanta, GA Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and manage Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Lead and execute various digital transformation projects within the Sales & Commercial Excellence domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives in salesforce.com. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deploy new Salesforce functionality, enhancing business processes and optimizing performance. Work on Salesforce.com Standard Objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases, Reports and Solutions asper Client Requirements. Handled Salesforce leads, opportunities, and tickets daily, ensuring accurate data and timely issue resolution. Work on team building and project management skills. Responsible for the day-to-day system administration including user management, basic configuration, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and documentation. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Engineering teams to meet the needs and goals of the business. Continuously evaluate and improve business processes using Salesforce tools, automating workflows, and ensuring efficient operations. Lead cross-functional implementation teams, develop project plans, set communication cadences, and manage end-to-end deployments of new systems and features. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, validate, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce customizations and integrations. Foster productive working relationships with project sponsors, customers, vendors, and key stakeholders, facilitating smooth project execution and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in Business Partner Engagement, Business Requirement Gathering, SFDC Technical implementation, CI/CD Process.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Salesforce Admin; Salesforce Development; experience with Salesforce; Sales/ Service/ Cloud experience; B2B Business process; understanding Pricing and Product Mapping; experience with business stakeholder discussion capabilities; ability to drive the project from functional and technical prospective as well as setting up the communication with business stake holders.
