We are seeking an experienced, analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a large portfolio of critical digital capabilities and platforms within New York Life’s Field Experience (FX) value stream. This role sits in a centralized, horizontal Cross FX Enablement function with Business Analysis Center of Excellence that partners across multiple product teams to modernize and connect agent & advisor experiences with a goal towards driving a more intuitive & seamless digital experiences through robust delivery and operational discipline. In this critical role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Design/UX, Architecture, Technology/QA, UAT, Production Support to drive the successful delivery of high-priority initiatives. As a pivotal contributor to product delivery and roadmap enablement, the Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-impact, multi-million-dollar initiatives. We are looking for highly organized problem solver with a proven track record of working collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver complex solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis craft and familiarity with financial/insurance sector with the ability to gather, analyze, and document complex requirements, support system integration and process optimization, and ensure clear, testable specifications that enable predictable delivery with quality.
