About The Position

A. Duda & Sons, Inc. has an opening for a salaried paid Senior Business Analyst at the corporate office in Oviedo, FL. In this position, you will provide business analysis expertise in an ERP environment to evaluate and design business processes and provide best practice solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and change management experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Engineering or Business Analysis roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Mapping:
  • Work closely with SMEs and the user community to document current-state Operational, Financial, Supply Chain, and Corporate processes and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with functional teams, and management to identify pain points, as well as deficiencies in processes and systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for simplification, improved data quality and enhanced efficiencies.
  • Lead process redesign initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
  • Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Developers to analyze data flows and integrations with 3rd party systems.
  • Identify gaps in processes and systems while ensuring proposed changes align with strategic goals and corporate initiatives.
  • Provide clear narrative and process flow documentation to support and communicate re-engineered processes and requirements.
  • Business & Functional Needs Analysis:
  • Use business analysis tools and techniques to gather detailed business requirements ​for software implementation.
  • Fully Understand and document business needs as they relate to an ERP or related applications, business process reform and software solution design.
  • End-User Support & Problem Solving: ​
  • Investigate and resolve business-impacting problems across functional areas. ​
  • Recommend solutions to improve and digitally transform processes that address user requirements. ​
  • Create Business Requirements Design documents for system improvements and bug fixes. ​
  • Facilitate meetings to understand and document user issues and provide training to end users.
  • Service Desk Escalation Support: ​
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve escalated service desk issues related to business applications. ​
  • Respond to users promptly and provide follow-up through resolution confirmation ​
