Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale application development, workflow automation, digital transformation, or platform modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile principles.
  • Extensive experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Experience creating process maps, user journeys, workflow diagrams, and business capability models.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience working closely with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or capital markets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, audit, legal, operational controls, or regulatory reporting functions.
  • Familiarity with workflow management, case management, document management, or business process automation platforms.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration concepts, APIs, and data flows.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
  • Scrum Master, Agile, SAFe, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar professional certifications.
  • Experience working in global delivery environments with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state operating models.
  • Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and process standardization.
  • Work closely with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
  • Support solution design discussions and validate proposed functionality against business expectations.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, business validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Support Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized backlog aligned to business priorities.
  • Monitor sprint progress and delivery commitments while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the delivery team.
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, roadmap progress, and release planning.
  • Coordinate across multiple technology and business teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Help establish delivery governance processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive team accountability and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior management.
  • Manage competing priorities and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Support change management activities, user communications, and adoption initiatives.
