Strong business systems are only valuable when they are well understood, well governed, and built around how the business actually works—and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce administration experience to support and improve our enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and extended support across other core platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, developers, and data teams to translate operational needs into clear requirements, practical solutions, and measurable business outcomes. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on Salesforce administration with traditional business analysis. You’ll help maintain data quality, support users, document processes, define enhancements, coordinate testing, and ensure Salesforce and connected platforms enable efficient, consistent, and scalable business operations.
