Business Analyst Project Manager

SikichColumbia, WA
$135,000 - $145,000Hybrid

About The Position

This is a surge support position through January 15, 2026. Extension is possible but not guaranteed. The position is hybrid, with the office in Washington, DC, supporting a federal client and requires an active public trust or better clearance. Remote candidates will be considered. Sikich seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst and Project Manager to support a federal client infrastructure operations team through dual capabilities: (1) assessing technical and operational workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities, and (2) managing multiple infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives from planning through delivery. This hybrid role combines process improvement analysis with project delivery coordination. You will assess the team's technical and business processes, document workflows and dependencies, identify gaps and bottlenecks, recommend improvements, manage project schedules and risks, remove delivery roadblocks, and communicate status to leadership. You will work closely with engineering staff, project sponsors, and program leadership to improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, accelerate cloud migration timelines, and create measurable gains in productivity and operational outcomes. This role requires United States citizenship and a Public Trust. Preference is given to candidates located in the National Capital Region, including Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
