As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating, understanding, describing, and documenting requirements, while utilizing knowledge base to evaluate data sets to help expand capabilities / tools leveraged by Optum Care Payment Integrity. Responsibilities include the evaluation/interpretation of business needs, providing support and assistance to project manager, documenting requirements, and supporting our payment integrity program teams where applicable. This position is also responsible for ensuring daily efforts align with the goals of the department and broader organization, while identifying enhancements or improvements, providing impact analysis, and coordinating with others. You will be working alongside project managers during any program or market implementations. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
