About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in the Wealth/Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and delivering high-quality digital solutions that align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
- Strong experience in the Wealth/Asset Management industry.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Wealth Management platforms, Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Advisory, or Client Onboarding.
- Familiarity with financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternative Investments.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in Wealth/Asset Management.
- Exposure to data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities and automation solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
- Passion for delivering customer-centric products and innovative business solutions.
