RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. Job Description Business Planning: Finalize the Business Plan, LtPC, LtPM based on BU/IPN targets and Product-wise, PDCL & Business Unit wise. Cost Management: Co-ordinate & link information across functions to work out & administer the Plant Performance based on business planning /current Forecasts- Product-wise/PDCL wise; work for early realization of cost measures from all Value Streams. Cost measures realization. Cost Estimation: Working out cost estimation against various cost enquiries raised by Sales/PRM/rBU/BU against running & new parts considering the volume & other premises, as called for & aligning with all stakeholders incl. plant management. Deviation Management: Identify root causes of problems, analyze reasons for deviations- Actuals Vs Plan; execute on early warning signals Data Management: Cost roll-outs in SAP, updating & maintenance of master data, structures, stabilize & refine the processes in SAP system ERP Process: Ensuring business continuity by getting updated on SAP developments & thereby taking care of business operations without any hindrance, steering automation projects to reduce manual efforts & increase efficiency in business processes Competence Development: Obtain competencies in the functional & digital areas based on present and future trends as per the business requirements Investment Evaluation: Evaluating capital budget proposals considering net present value (NPV), internal rate of return(IRR) pay-back criteria & giving financial perspective for decision making.
Requirements
- CA / ICWA with 5- 8 years in cost management, finance, accounting, governance function and other commercial functions.
- Product or cost management in a manufacturing setup.
Responsibilities
- Finalize the Business Plan, LtPC, LtPM based on BU/IPN targets and Product-wise, PDCL & Business Unit wise.
