Our Business Analysts identify and analyze business needs, conducting requirements gathering and defining scope and objectives for work efforts integrating with business processes/data and IT infrastructure. This BA role supports the Product team, and offers flexible hybrid work location (WFH + in-office days) at our Meridian Idaho campus. #LI-Hybrid Education, knowledge and experience should include a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Subject area or related field of study; or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college), with preference for 2-4/+ years business analysis experience such as: Analytical and report building experience Elicitation of business and technical requirements Business process modeling Problem solving and critical thinking skills Highly detail oriented with ability to develop and present data findings to management with root cause analysis and propose solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentations Listens actively and attentively, reflecting and asking questions as appropriate to ensure mutual understanding Technical proficiency in project management tools along with experience with queries and coding is considered an advantage Your day may look like: Recommends solutions or improvements to business processes. Research business requirements, develops detailed specifications, and validates the solutions with business partners. Communicates business needs to the development team by translating business requirements. Owns the development, with IT support, of tools, applications, reports, and analytics to enable strategic programs and metrics for the department. Solves technical issues and works through a resolution (root cause analysis). May coordinate user acceptance testing and related test activities. At BA II, may also: Lead cross-functional project teams and/or lead project team in multi-dimensional, complex projects of critical importance to the organization Represent department on committees and has decision authority, and may lead committees or workgroups May coordinate sign off and submission of testing for change control As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $60,048 to $84,069 as Analyst I; $73,321 to $102,650 as Analyst II. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
