About The Position

This role sits at the center of data-driven product decisions, translating raw numbers into insights that shape how the Product Business Unit plans, forecasts, and grows. You will partner directly with Product stakeholders, build models and dashboards for Quarterly Business Reviews, and turn complex datasets into actionable stories for leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both SQL queries and presenting recommendations to a group.

Requirements

Strong SQL fluency — comfortable with joins, CTEs, window functions, and writing efficient, well-structured queries to answer complex business questions
Experience building forecasting models, business performance models, and trend analyses that inform planning
Hands-on skill with BI/visualization tools and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, business modeling)
The judgment to run a root-cause investigation independently and translate findings into a clear, executive-ready narrative
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to gather requirements and communicate across technical and business audiences

Responsibilities

Partner with Product BU stakeholders to translate business questions into analyses that inform planning and strategy
Build and maintain forecasting models and performance frameworks that support Product decision-making
Run deep-dive and root-cause analyses to identify what's driving performance across adoption, pipeline, bookings, and other key metrics
Develop dashboards and executive-ready visualizations that surface trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare and present analyses for Quarterly Business Reviews, shaping how leadership sees business performance
