We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate on one of our projects in the aeronautics sector. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms
• Strong expertise in data analysis and process mapping
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required
• Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams
• A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
• Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks
• Flexibility and agility in managing priorities and adapting to evolving needs

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal dashboards)
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards
• Ensure dashboards provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights
• Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide training and support to dashboard users
• Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs
