Responsibilities

Leads business and system improvement efforts: collaborates with employees at various levels to understand business problems, identify improvements, create a plan to introduce change, and evaluate changes made for success. Provides reporting and data analysis for trending and recommending resolution strategies and activities.
Identifies and quantifies risk associated with business initiatives and resolution strategies; takes proactive, independent action to mitigate risks; and escalates risks that jeopardize assigned projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Product Management, PD&IT, Marketing, Vendor partners, Sales etc.) to identify system and team dependencies, test operational process improvements, including system change requests, from beginning to end, and works with training resources to ensure consistent, thorough training for all impacted areas.
Provides direction to our IT partners regarding operational requirements and testing results to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements
Communicates business activities and risks to external audiences and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels
Leads short and long-term resolution of complex processing problems and escalated issues. Coordinates the actions of the Partnerships team in response to high-severity issues. Effectively communicates status during critical events.
Compiles data, converts analysis into presentations, and makes business recommendations to senior management.
