Requirements

  • Analyzing complex datasets using MongoDB, and supporting the design and integration of APIs.
  • Excel
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Postman or Swagger

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from MongoDB databases.
  • Develop and optimize MongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Generate insights and produce reports using tools like: Excel, Power BI / Tableau.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making.
  • Work with development teams to design and document RESTful APIs.
  • Define API requirements, request/response structures, and data mappings.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Assist in integrating APIs across systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure APIs meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Act as a liaison between business, data, and technical teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Provide support during production releases and post-implementation reviews.
