About The Position

Reporting to the Master Data Manager, the Master Data Business Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in data management. The role supports operational processes and users across various systems. Leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the Business Analyst actively contributes to maintaining data integrity and supporting the ongoing governance of Agropur’s data processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Administration, or a related field required
Curiosity for processes and emerging technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills
Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Oracle and SAP systems would be a strong asset

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes in multidisciplinary projects and day-to-day operations
Perform the daily creation, update, and validation of data
Analyze data from various systems and reports
Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies between systems
Implement necessary corrections in alignment with established business rules and processes
Support enhancement requests and incident resolution
Provide support to various operational teams
Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, project teams) and external partners (consultants, vendors)
