About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong investment banking/capital market experience to join our team. This role involves engaging with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for investment banking platforms and AI-driven use cases. You will translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for Agentic AI-enabled solutions, working closely with AI/ML and engineering teams to define workflows involving LLMs, autonomous agents, and decision systems. The position also drives process improvement and automation initiatives across trading, custody, asset servicing, or risk workflows, and requires supporting UAT, validation, and rollout of AI-powered solutions while ensuring alignment with financial regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain
• Asset Management / Custody / Securities / Trade Lifecycle preferred
• Hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst (8–10 years)
• Exposure to Agentic AI / Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
• Experience in: AI-led automation or intelligent workflow systems
• Use cases involving chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agents
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of tools/frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI ecosystems
• Understanding of data models, APIs, and system integrations
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for investment banking platforms and AI-driven use cases

• Work with AI/ML and engineering teams to define workflows involving LLMs, autonomous agents, and decision systems

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement walkthroughs
• Support UAT, validation, and rollout of AI-powered solutions
• Ensure alignment with financial regulations and compliance standards
